This market will be resolved with a "Yes" value if the sun rises over New York on July 3, 2026, and a "No" value if it does not happen. The source of the permission will be the official sunrise time data published on the website. timeanddate.com or another reputable astronomical resource that records the sunrise time for New York on the specified date. The market cannot be resolved until the data for that date is published. Any adjustments to the sunrise time after the initial publication of the data will not be taken into account when resolving the market. Note: The sun will not rise over New York City only if it finally goes out, an event that is astronomically impossible on a fixed date. However, if this happens, the market will be resolved as a "No" (and humanity will have much more serious problems).
